Dr. J. Phillip Moyer is a graduate of Goshen College and Case Western Reserve University Medical School. Dr. Moyer completed his training in Internal Medicine and his Fellowship in Cardiology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases. Dr. Moyer is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a Fellow of the Council of Clinical Cardiology of the American Heart Association. He and his wife reside in Green Lane and have five children.

Dr. Michelle Stram completed her medical school Internal Medicine residency and Cardiology Fellowship training in Buffalo, New York. Her undergraduate degree is from Queen's College, New York. Dr. Stram is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology and is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. She is the Medical Director of Grand View Hospital's Cardiac Rehabilitation Program. She lives with her husband, Dr. Michael Kaplan and their two children in Doylestown.

Dr. Ida Mazza earned her medical degree from the Universidad Central de Venezuela, and completed her Internal Medicine Residency and Cardiology Fellowship at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology and is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. She resides in Ambler with her daughter.

Dr. Christopher Oswald is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency and Cardiology Fellowship at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology and is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He resides in Pennsburg with his wife, Niccole, and daughter.

Mr. Forjohn earned his Masters Degree in Physician Assistant studies at Hahnemann University. He also has undergraduate degrees in psychology and physical therapy. He resides in Plymouth Meeting.
