Insurance and Payment Information
Please bring your insurance information at the time of your first visit and any time your insurance coverage changes. We ask that all fees for services be paid at the time of your office visit. We participate in many insurance plans including Medicare and Blue Shield, and will submit claims for payment accordingly. We also will bill commercial insurers.
The balance of fees not covered by insurance is due 30 days after the insurance company's payment is received. You are responsible for any deductibles or co-payments. Some insurance plans may require that you bring a referral form from your family doctor at the time of your visit. In some case, we cannot treat you without this form. If you have any questions, please check with your insurer or call our office before your appointment.
We will be more than happy to assist by providing you with an itemized bill. If you have financial difficulties, contact Terry Krause, our office manager, who will discuss options with you.
Affiliated Hospital
In-hospital care is provided at Grand View Hospital, with its newly renovated, state-of-the-art emergency room, intensive care units and step down units. In addition to Grand View Hospital in Sellersville, Pennsylvania, BCA has excellent working relationships with Lehigh Valley, Hahnemann University and University of Pennsylvania hospital centers. Patients are referred for catheterization, angioplasty or surgery to these centers, if needed. The decision for surgery or angioplasty is made jointly between BCA and physicians at these institutions to provide continuity of care.
